What We Collect
- Information you submit in the quote form: name, phone number, property location, the type of help you need, timing, optional text consent and your project description.
- Anything else you choose to tell us in your description or when you call.
- Phone numbers and call details if you call the number on this site.
- Basic technical information your browser sends to any website, such as IP address and browser type, handled by our hosting provider.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies or similar tools to keep the site secure and to deliver pages. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
How We Use It
We use your information to route your request to an independent local company, to follow up on your request, to operate and improve this site, to protect the site and our forms against spam and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who We Share It With
When you submit a request, you agree that we may share your name, contact details and project description with the independent local company that handles your request. That company may contact you by phone. Text messaging consent is separate and optional. Its own privacy practices apply to what it does with your information.
We also rely on service providers to run the site: Formspree, a third-party form service, receives form submissions and delivers them to us; Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard web traffic data; and calls to the number on this site are routed through a telephone service provider.
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, the safety of others or the security of the site. If Apex Development Group USA LLC is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep request information for as long as we reasonably need it to route and follow up on your request and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. Companies that receive your request and our service providers keep their own copies under their own policies.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website, form or phone line is completely secure, so please do not include sensitive details such as Social Security numbers, bank details or passwords in a request.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by calling (936) 302-2571 or emailing privacy@apexdevelopmentgroupusa.com. You can tell any company that contacts you to stop contacting you, and you can reply STOP to a text message to opt out of texts from that sender.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as asking what information we hold about you, asking us to correct or delete it, or asking us to limit certain uses. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
