How This Works: The Whole Deal, Plainly
Describe your Nacogdoches property and the tree work you are considering. Nacogdoches Tree Pros is a referral service operated by Apex Development Group USA LLC. We do not perform tree work. If an appropriate independent local company is available, it may contact you about your request. A submission does not confirm a contractor, an appointment or emergency assistance.
Independent referral service | No fee to submit a request | Availability must be confirmed
What a Request Does
- You provide the property location, contact details and requested work.
- We may share the request with an appropriate independent local company if one is available.
- That company may contact you. It determines whether it can assess or undertake the work.
- You decide whether to proceed after checking the company and its terms.
- Any work agreement is between you and the independent company.
What to Include in Your Property Request
Provide enough information for a company to decide whether the request fits its work. You do not need to estimate a tree height or diagnose its condition yourself.
- Property location and the best way to contact you.
- The specific tree, stump or work area you want assessed.
- What you want to accomplish, including anything you want retained.
- Known access restrictions and structures or utilities you want the company to consider.
- Your preferred timing, stated as a preference rather than a confirmed appointment.
Do not include sensitive financial or identity information. See the Privacy Policy for how requests are handled.
Questions for an Independent Company
- Can you assess this property and undertake this particular scope?
- What current insurance and qualifications can you provide for the work?
- Who will perform the work, and who is responsible for it?
- What is included in your written proposal, and what is excluded?
- What scheduling, payment and cancellation terms would apply if I choose you?
For public-property, boundary, utility or permit questions, confirm the responsible authority before arranging work. A town page on this site does not establish local approval or a contractor relationship.
